There is a demand to maintain engine oil temperature up to 110˚C for efficient working of the engine, therefore different configurations of the oil cooler are designed numerically and experimentally validated. In this thesis, the performance of plane plate type and different configurations of corrugation plate type such as rectangular ribs, triangular ribs in which forward and backward, inclined and declined ribs and one side ribs oil cooler geometry's heat exchanger is analyzed numerically in fluent software. The result shows that corrugations with one side ribs geometry give better thermo-hydraulic performance over other configurations.en_US
