In recent years of technology, automation has reduced human efforts and errors to a large extent. The development of this system will reduce human efforts required to prepare and fill mixture of various liquids. The system contains an input module so that appropriate output can be obtained from the system. An absolute accuracy of 2ml quantity of liquid is maintained in the system. The analysis of outcomes from the system is carried out and it can be observed that the error in quantity of liquid remains constant irrespective of the change in quantity. Mixtures of five different liquids are to be obtained as per requirement through the system. To achieve the accuracy, Hall Effect turbine flow sensor is used in the system. PIC microcontroller is used to control the operation of the system. The system also contains a provision in which admin can view and reset the usage of each liquid whenever required. The other feature added to admin is that admin can change the combination of liquid and quantity of each liquid to prepare mixture. The long-running wires in the system cause electromagnetic interference in the system forcing the micro-controller to reset. To minimize this effect EMI filter is implemented and techniques to minimize Electromagnetic Interference are adapted to improve the performance and reliability of product making system susceptible to EMI.en_US
